Holistic Approach to Wellness

I use an Integrative approach to incorporate some or all of the therapies dependant on your unique requirements to include CBT, Life Coaching, NLP, and Hypnotherapy.

Support for, but not limited to: Self Esteem, confidence, weight management, substance abuse, smoking cessation, identity of self, career confidence, start up business and personal growth.

Life is full of experiences, some good, some bad, some indifferent but we all have them and its how you use them that matters most!

Having lived a rich, diverse, and intriguing life, I can resonate with many of the issues my clients may encounter. I firmly believe in the uniqueness of every individual, regardless of their aspirations or identities.
